Because we don’t take a cut of the caregiver’s hourly rate, families pay less while caregivers earn more. Unlike agencies, we don’t require hourly minimums, so you can get the right level of support for your schedule. The result is greater control, flexibility, and transparency for everyone.
We support a wide range of home care needs, from everyday help to specialized support. Caregivers set their own hourly rate. Families pay the caregiver’s hourly rate, and Kizuna charges a 10% service fee on top of the hours billed. This fee covers the support and infrastructure that makes care easier and more reliable, including caregiver matching, hiring support, payments, and ongoing support for families and caregivers.
